Q: When is my billing date?
A: Unless there is a special circumstance your automatic billing date is 4 days after the shipping date. For example, if we shipped out a package on February 10th, the billing date would be the 14th each month after February. If you want to double check the date, please email billing@evdodepotusa.com.
Q: Can I update my card online?
A: Yes, customers can update their card online here.
Q: How do I make a payment?
A: All accounts are on autopay, and we will use the card on file to deduct the money on your billing date.
Q: Can I pay directly through my checking account or Paypal?
A: No, the only way we accept payment is via credit or debit card.
Q: Can I change my billing date?
A: Yes, it is possible to change your billing date. Please email billing@evdodepotusa.com with your request.
Q: Can I get an itemized invoice to get reimbursed from my employer?
A: Yes, you can – please email billing@evdodepotusa.com with your request.
Q: Will I get receipts?
A: Yes – our billing system automatically sends out receipts when we run a card – whether or not it is successful. It comes from Converge Pay and may go to your junk folder if you don’t see it.
