"I could never imagine going back to the old gaming days with Nintendo and Sega. We live on a farm in Victoria, TX, and evdo wireless internet has made it possible for me and my kids to play online without getting our butts kicked. This makes satellite look like a grandfather turtle."

"I recently bought a house in the country, seventy miles west of Washington DC, and discovered that there was no cable service in the neighborhood, and no DSL lines. The only way to access the internet, I was told, was by satellite. But, I had heard of caps on data transfer with satellite services, with either high charges or reduced functionality if you exceed these caps, thereby limiting the possibility of large downloads. There are also transmission and reception delays because of the long transmission distances to and from satellites, which makes it difficult to use VOIP or other rapid two way data transfer. Then I came across Evdo DepotUSA, the marketing agency for Cyberonic, who provides a modem and subscription service to the internet with unlimited data transfer using signals from the Sprint/Nextel wireless tower network. The only problem, they told me, was that my house is at least five miles outside the Sprint/Nextel coverage area. I took a trial subscription anyway but sure enough, even with the extra table top antenna they provided, I could not pick up the weak signals. Finally, Cyberonic introduced me to Steve Kota at Evdo DepotUSA who told me that he could provide a high gain externally mounted directional Yagi antenna that might work for me and get me the internet access I needed. I decided to try it, with his agreement that I would return it for a full refund if it did not work. The antenna, cable and connectors arrived promptly. We installed the antenna on the roof of the house and it worked immediately, pulling in a strong signal! We are now able to access broadband internet on a continuous basis in our remote location without having to use a satellite system. I am very grateful to Cyberonic and to Evdo DepotUSA for finding this solution for me."

Yes, you can get Ethernet over Copper(High-speed connection via fiber) to create a WiFi Network for your immediate neighborhood! It's really easy. It's what we do - Getting high-speed internet to your home and businesses in the rural markets.

Ethernet over Copper is cheaper than T1, but has comparable speeds ranging from 1 Mbps to 50 Mbps.
We can bring in the EoC bandwidth, install a controller and some access points to create a community hotspot that will enable everyone to split the monthly billing and allocate bandwidth per neighbor.
